About

Approachable conservative education, built for Canadian women.

ConservativeWomen.ca was created to give women a calm, intelligent place to explore ideas, evaluate information, and reach their own conclusions - without being told what to think.

Why this project exists

Public conversation in Canada often skips past the ideas behind the issues. Conservative principles, in particular, are frequently represented through stereotypes rather than through the values and arguments that animate them.

Conservative women, especially, are often defined by others. This project exists to change that - by providing approachable educational resources, practical media-literacy tools, and policy context that respect the reader's intelligence and independence.

Our mission

Our mission is to help women reclaim the meaning of being conservative - not as others define it, but through their own values, experiences, and informed perspectives. Through media literacy, civic education, and public-policy resources, we connect conservative principles to the issues affecting Canadians and encourage women to evaluate information, recognize meaningful connections, and find their own place in the conversation.

Our editorial commitments

  • Respect the intelligence of the reader.
  • Distinguish facts, analysis, and opinion.
  • Cite primary sources whenever possible.
  • Avoid culture-war framing and crisis language.
  • Describe women by their work; assign political labels only when they have publicly self-identified.

Our relationship with Blue Chez Nous

Blue Chez Nous covers and comments on current Canadian political events. ConservativeWomen.ca provides the educational context, practical tools, and explanations that help women evaluate those events. The two projects complement each other but operate independently.

A small team, growing carefully

The project is currently managed by a small team. We are building slowly and deliberately - adding resources, profiles, and articles as we can do them well.

Independent and educational. ConservativeWomen.ca is an independent educational and editorial platform. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or officially connected to any political party, candidate, campaign, elected official, or government body.
